IPSLEI Facilitation requirements
The current MINIMUM IPSLEI facilitator qualifications as recommended by the IPSLEI Board of Directors are:
10 years organizational experience with at least two years at the supervisory/managerial level.
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree from a regionally accredited college or university is required. (NOTE: Individuals without degrees but with exceptional organizational experience and non-traditional educational credentials may be considered as meeting the educational qualification. This will be on a case-by-case basis).
5 years experience presenting in adult facilitated learning methods.
College, university, or organizational sponsorship/recommendation
And completion of the IPSLEI facilitator development program.
